Effective April 26, 2021, we have reopened our waiting room area, but request that you wear a mask while in it. If you desire not to wear a mask, please remain in your car and telephone our office at (615)822-2602 to inform us of your arrival. 

Additionally, please review the following health questions pertaining to the COVID -19 virus. If you answer “yes” to any of them, please contact our office to discuss whether you should reschedule your appointment with us.

Have you had a fever or felt hot or feverish recently (14-21 Days)?

Have you had shortness of breath or breathing difficulties?

Do you have a cough?

Any other Flu-like symptoms, such as gastrointestinal upset, headache, or fatigue?

Have you experienced any recent loss of taste or smell?

Have you been in contact with anyone confirmed with the COVID-19 virus?  

Have you been tested for the COVID-19 virus and awaiting the test results?   

We will take your temperature and reconfirm the above questions as you enter our office.

Please be aware that our office is following all of the Center for Disease Control and American Dental Association’s Recommendations and Guidelines to keep you as safe as we can, but we cannot GUARANTEE you will not be exposed to the COVID-19 virus while you are here. While we have changed some procedures and protocols to reduce the risk of spreading the virus, the nature of the practice of dentistry puts our office at a higher risk of aerosolization of the virus. If you were to develop any of the above symptoms (within 14 days) after your appointment, please consult your medical provider, AND please let our office know so we can inform our other patients that may also have been in our office that day.
